Mr. Gerard is a Director, President and the Chief Executive Officer of Azimuth Investment Management, LLC, an investment advisor managing an institutional quality fund of hedge funds. He is an advisor to New York Private Bank and Trust Corporation and a Director of Supply Pro, Inc. Mr. Gerard is a former Trustee of The Cardigan Mountain School, was a member of the Advisory Board of the Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico from 1983-2005 and is involved in a number of other charities. He lives in New York City and East Hampton and is the father of two grown sons. Mr. Gerard has been an advocate for healthy eating for some fifteen years. Early in the morning he can be found practicing yoga, on the tennis court or in the gym.
Ms. Mayer is a Certified Meeting Planner. She joined CRG Events, an event planning business, in 1987, became President in 1996 and owner in 2000. Formerly she lived in Japan and taught English in the Japanese school system. She and her husband Brian live on Mercer Island in Washington State. They have two school age children. The Mayers are strong believers in a primarily plant based diet. Ms. Mayer’s regular exercise includes trips to the gym and speed walking.
Dr. Worthern has been practicing since 1979. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Anesthesia and Pediatrics at the University of California San Diego and an Anesthesiologist and Intensivist at The Children's Hospital and Health Center San Diego, California. Dr. Worthen is the author of numerous papers and has presented abstracts relating to pediatric critical care issues. He and his wife Patti have two school age children and live in Del Mar, California. Healthy eating has always been a standard practice for the Worthens. Dr. Worthen has become an ardent runner following his many years of Iron Man competitions. |
