"Engine 2 Diet" Seminar
with New York Times Best-Selling Author Rip Esselstyn

(EAST HAMPTON, NY, September 2009) — Wellness Foundation of East Hampton will present a special seminar with Rip Esselstyn, the New York Times best-selling author of "The Engine 2 Diet," on Thursday, September 24, from 7-9 pm at the East Hampton Emergency Services Building (1 Cedar St.). This special event is presented in collaboration with the East Hampton Middle School's "Bonac on Board to Wellness" Program, the YMCA East Hampton RECenter, and the Village of East Hampton.

At the seminar, Rip Esselstyn, a professional fireman and world-class athlete, will present tips and techniques from "The Engine 2 Diet" for losing weight, lowering cholesterol, reducing the risk of disease, and becoming physically fit. Attendees will also be able to samples healthy and delicious recipes from "The Engine 2 Diet." Medically approved, easy-to-follow, and amazingly effective, "The Engine 2 Diet" is designed for anyone who wants to make heroic strides in his or her health, weight, and well-being - all without heroic effort!

Seminar participants will have the opportunity to put Rip's plan into action by signing up for Wellness Foundation’s seven-week "Engine 2 Diet" challenge, beginning in early October. Challenge participants will meet weekly at groups in Montauk, Amagansett, East Hampton and Sag Harbor.
