at Main Beach Pavilion, East Hampton

Monday, September 9th at 6:30 p.m.

(Please note there will not be a potluck in August)

Please bring a vegan-friendly dish to share, a copy of your recipe, and your own utensils and plates. We will provide water. Free event.

*All Potlucks are held at the East Hampton Middle School cafeteria on Newtown Lane in East Hampton unless otherwise noted.


Wellness Walkers

Wellness Walkers

Join a Wellness Walkers group!

Tuesdays at 10 AM at SYS
(Southampton Youth Services on Majors Path)
The group will be walking on the indoor track.

Tuesdays at 10 AM at John Jermain Library
Group meets at John Jermain Library temporary location at 34 Water Street, Sag Harbor. The group walks 2 miles with an optional turn around at the one mile mark.

Thursdays at 11 AM at the East Hampton YMCA REC Center
We will be walking on the treadmills.

You do not need to be a member of the indoor facilities to participate, simply identify yourself as a Wellness Foundation Wellness Walker at the front desk.
