Cost & Requirements
Prior to participation, participants must complete registration materials providing Wellness Foundation with their location selection, their consent, their physician's consent, baseline blood test results, a completed questionnaire and a liability release.
The cost of the Challenge is now $150. Participants will receive the all new Wellness Challenge Guidebook and Pocket Guide to the Wellness Challenge in Session 1.
