Wellness Challenge

The Winter Wellness Challenge begins January, 19th 2015

Jumpstart yourself to a lifestyle of Wellness! Blood work is required within thirty days of the start of the challenge.

Feel and look better in just six weeks!
Lose weight — Lower Cholesterol — Reduce Prescription Drug Usage...all while eating heart healthy, quick & delicious foods!

  • Our program is designed to be fun and easy to implement
  • Led by trained facilitators, our groups provide support and accountability to ensure your success
  • Receive step-by-step guidance to create a healthy body and lifestyle through lectures, discussions, interactive exercises, cooking demos, food samples and more!

Cost & Requirements

Prior to participation, participants must complete registration materials providing Wellness Foundation with their location selection, their consent, their physician's consent, baseline blood test results, a completed questionnaire and a liability release.

The cost of the Challenge is $150. Participants will receive the all new Wellness Challenge Guidebook and Pocket Guide to the Wellness Challenge in Session 1.
